When and Where does LeTip of Parker meet?

The LeTip of Parker business leads group meets on Tuesday mornings, at 7:00 AM sharp! The group meets at Joe's Crab Shack in Parker. The meetings usually last about an hour and a half.

How many meetings do I attend before I can join?

Each guest is required to attend two consecutive meetings before an application can be accepted. An inspection of an applicant's place of business is a requirement of acceptance and will take place in the third week of the applicant's process. They will not attend that LeTip meeting nor the one afterwards.

Who will pay for my breakfast at my first meeting?

Your first LeTip of Parker breakfast meeting is on us! If you like our business leads group and come for a second time, then you must pay for your second visit.

How many votes are required for acceptance into the Parker Chapter?

Currently, the LeTip of Parker chapter requires unanimous decision from all members. This may change as the size of the group expands, but currently the LeTip of Parker is the most exclusive business leads group in the area.

How much does it cost to join the Letip of Parker Chapter?

The initial membership fee is established by LeTip International, Inc. which is seperate from our local chapter member dues. These dues must be paid quarterly, which pay for the group's breakfast meetings every week, marketing, special events, etc. There are NO paid positions or profits involved for the local chapter.

Who will notify me when I'm accepted for membership?

The Membership Chairperson and your sponsor will call you the day you are voted into the Chapter. A letter from the President will follow to welcome you to the Chapter.

Who is a Qualified Guest?

A Qualified Guest is a person whose category is not represented in the Chapter, and if permitted to join, would not be in conflict with any of the Chapter's members. Guests are invited for two meetings, and they must decide about joining at the second meeting.

Once a Member of LeTip, am I confined to conducting business only with other LeTip members?

No, but your fellow LeTip of Parker members are your business' best references, and you are theirs. Member's loyalty to each other explains why LeTip chapters are so successful and why they grow every year. Support your sales force and they will support you!

How many Tips do I have to give?

To maintain your membership, you are required to provide four tips a month. This is not as difficult as it sounds, and at the same time, the more you Tip then the more business leads you will recieve in return!

How do I promote my business at LeTip of Parker meetings?

Each meeting, every member and guest gets about 30 seconds to do their "commercial." Rather than repeating the same thing every week, members are encouraged to provide stories, dicuss aspects of their business that most people do not know about, or talk about other member businesses. Keeping your commercial fresh will educate all of the members on what your business does!

Can someone attend meetings in my place?

An alternative employee of your business may attend six (6) times per year, and never more than two (2) consecutive meetings. Although LeTip is all about promoting businesses, having the same person always attend meetings builds trust and commrodery among members.

Why do we have fines?

Fines are not meant to be punitive. The answer is one of accountability. Most of the fines LeTip imposes on its members are small and only serve as a reminder that you have certain obligations to your fellow members and your chapter as a whole. For most members, fines won't add up to more than $5 a month.
